Abstract:
A method and an active battery balancing circuit for balancing an electric charge in a plurality of cells of a battery that are electrically connected in series is disclosed. A first subset of the cells of the battery is electrically connected to an inductance for providing a current flow from the first subset through the inductance. The first subset of the cells is disconnected from the inductance, and a current is allowed to flow from the inductance into a second subset of the cells of the battery. At least one of the first and the second subset of the cells of the battery comprises two or more cells.

Le dispositif d'alimentation (DALM) comprend un transistor d'alimentation (T1) commandé par un signal de commande (ALMi) et fournissant une énergie électrique à un module d'éclairage (MECL), et un moyen de pilotage (MPLT) configuré pour générer sélectivement, en fonction d'un signal d'instruction (INS) représentatif de la structure dudit au moins un module d'éclairage (MECL), un premier signal de commande (ALM1) apte à commander le transistor d'alimentation (T1) dans un régime ohmique, un deuxième signal de commande (ALM2) apte à commander le transistor d'alimentation (T1) dans un régime générateur d'impulsions de largeurs modulées (PWM) comportant une alternance de régimes ohmiques et de régimes bloqués, et un troisième signal de commande (ALM3) apte à commander le transistor d'alimentation (T1) dans un régime saturé.
