PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high pressure tank having a smaller size, a lighter weight and superior pressure resistance. SOLUTION: A reinforcing fiber layer 23 for covering a liner 2 of the high pressure tank 1 at its outer peripheral face consists of an inside fiber layer 24 containing a highly rigid fiber having a Young's modulus of 350GPa and a rupture elongation of 0.7% or more, hoop wound and impregnated and hardened with a thermosetting resin, an intermediate fiber layer 25 containing a fiber having a Young's modulus of 280GPa or more and less than 350GPa and a rupture elongation of 1.5% or more and lese than 2.0%, helically wound and impregnated and hardened with a thermosetting resin, and an outside fiber layer 26 containing a fiber having a Young's modulus of 230GPa or more and less than 280GPa and a rupture elongation of 2.0% or more, helically wound at a high angle and impregnated and hardened with a thermosetting resin. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost of equipment, to make productive efficiency much higher, and to manufacture a fixing roller at low cost by realizing the manufacture of the fixing roller by using one kind of manufacturing machine for one pipe material. SOLUTION: After blank material 12 is heated over a given area from an aperture end, it is rotated around an axial center X1, In such a state, a molding roller 22 is made to press-contact with a heated area from the outside and rotated and moved, whereby the heated area is scrubbed, then side wall parts 3 are respectively integrally drawn at both ends of the trunk part 2 of a cylinder, and also the shaft part 5 of the cylinder is integrally drawn at the respective side wall parts 3. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forged bearing lace having neither uneven thickness nor decarburized layer. SOLUTION: A flat preformed body A3 after being upset is mounted on a flat forming recess 21 so as to have face-to-face contact with the bottom surface of the forming recess 21. Then, a punch 23 is lowered and moved into the flat forming recess 21, while the peripheral surface of a reference-end side 23d is in sliding contact with the side face of the flat forming recess 21, except an annular protrusion 23a at the tip of the punch 23. Then, the flat preformed body A3 is plastically deformed by the annular protrusion 23a and a circular protrusion 23c at its inner diameter side. The part thus deformed is fed into the first annular recess 23b at the tip of the punch 23 and the second annular recess 23e at its outer diameter side. Consequently, an integrally formed body is forged so that outer and inner laces are integrated. Thereafter, the inner part of the inner lace is blanked from the formed body in which the inner and outer laces are integrated. Finally, the integrally formed body is divided into the outer and inner laces.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand an air bag with the compressed gas in place of the explosion gas, and to control the quantity of the gas to be supplied in response to the weight of an occupant. SOLUTION: An exhaust nozzle 1a of a gas cylinder 1 is broken through by a swollen part 21 of a film breaking jig 17, and the compressed gas jetted from the gas cylinder 1 is supplied to an air bag D so as to expand the air bag D. A movable cylinder 5 is turned in relation to a fixed cylinder 4 of a gas quantity adjusting device 3 so as to change an opening area formed by overlap of gas supply ports 9, 11 and gas discharge ports 10, 12 with each other, and the quantity of the gas to be supplied to the air bag D is increased with increase of the weight of an occupant E, and on the other hand, the quantity of the gas to be supplied to the air bag D is reduced with the reduction of the weight of the occupant.

SOLUTION: A reinforced fiber layer 23 for coating an outer peripheral surface of a liner 2 of the high-pressure tank 1 is constituted of a first inner fiber layer 24 and a second inner fiber layer 25 composed of high rigidity fiber with a Young's modulus of 300 Gpa or more and a tensile strength of 3 Gpa or more, in which a thermosetting resin is impregnated and cured, and an outer fiber layer 26 composed of fiber with a breaking elongation of at least 2%, in which the thermosetting resin is impregnated and cured. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form external teeth with a high accuracy without inducing the lowering of a strength. SOLUTION: A workpiece B set on a set table 1 is rotated by the rotating operation of the set table 1 about a rotating axis Y1, and a mold roller 12 is moved in the direction perpendicular to the rotating axis Y2 thereof so as to move closely to the workpiece B so as to press contact tooth part forming parts 15a, 16a, 17a, and 18a with the outer peripheral surface of the workpiece B in order from one with lower tooth height to one with higher tooth height continuously without stopping the rotation of the workpiece B. While the rotating force of the workpiece B is transmitted to the mold roller 12 to rotate the mold roller 12, a plurality of teeth parts of a specified shape are formed steppingly in the outer peripheral surface of the workpiece B by the tooth part forming parts 15a, 16a, 17a, and 18a.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively increase the surface roughness of the peripheral surface of a gear through window by forming the through window which is penetrating between a boss and a rim by hot forging or warm forging and formed smaller than the regular finish dimension to the regular finish dimension by old coining. SOLUTION: A steel bar is cut, heated to the temperature suitable for the hot forging, pressed for swaging, and formed in the shape of a gear, in particular a transmission gear, to obtain a stock similar in contour in which no through window is formed. The stock is bottom-punched in the hot forging process, a through window smaller than the regular finish dimension is formed in the window-punching process, the through window is expanded through the cold coining in the cold forging process after the annealing process, etc., to form a through window of the regular finish dimension. The through window smaller than the regular finish dimension may be formed in the warm forging process according to applications or materials.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a liner for gas cylinder which is light and excellent in safety. SOLUTION: According to this liner for gas cylinder, a body part 2a of a cup-like blank 2 is squeezed in a shaft direction by flow forming, so as to form a cylindrical intermediate blank 5 with a bottom; wherein the thickness of the body part 2a is thinner than that of the bottom part 2b, and thickness of an opening end part is thicker than that of the body part. While the opening end of the intermediate blank 5 is closing molded to form a mirror part 7, a column-like cap part 8 is provided to the mirror part 7. A hole 10 for mounting a mouthpiece is formed at the cap part 8.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment vessel, easily heating an untreated liner under a particular gas atmosphere such as argon gas, by using a small quantity of particular gas used therefor.SOLUTION: The heat treatment vessel 40 includes a cover body 41, and a vessel body part 42 having an opening part 42a. The cover body 41 is attached to the opening part 42a to form a closed internal space, and untreated object 120 to be heated is put in the internal space. The heat treatment vessel 40 further includes: a first valve 50 disposed to the cover body 41 or the vessel body part 42 to connect the internal space with the outside when pressure of the internal space is lower than pressure of the outside; and a second valve 60 disposed to the cover body 41 or the vessel body part 42 to connect the internal space with the outside when the pressure of the internal space is higher than the pressure of the outside.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die device for closed forging which is made so as to suppress horizontal burrs generated on the parting face. SOLUTION: In the die device 10 for closed forging in which a closed space U is formed into the shapes of formed goods with an upper die 11 and a lower die 12 which are brought into contact with each other by the parting faces in the horizontal direction, a punch pin 13 which is slid in a punching hole 11a and a knockout pin 14 which is slid in a through hole 12b and by which side extrusion molding is performed in the closed space by pressurizing a base stock charged in the closed space U with the punching pin 13, the upper die 11 and the lower die 12 suppress the intrusion between the parting faces A of the base stock by fitting and inserting so as to form the fitting face B of the upper die 11 and the lower die 12 between the parting faces A and the close space U.
