PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling sheet which has a high cooling effect with a simple structure and is suitable for use under a comparatively dry environment at especially high external temperature.SOLUTION: The cooling sheet 10 includes: a first sheet-like member 11 with air permeability; a second sheet-like member 12 with water absorbability, which is arranged to face the first sheet-like member; water absorbing agents 13 arranged at multiple places at intervals between the first sheet-like member 11 and the second sheet-like member 12; and multiple cells 14 for storing the water absorbing agents 13, which are formed by joining the first sheet-like member 11 and the second sheet-like member 12 so as to surround the water absorbing agents 13 arranged, in respective places, at the places. Agents with characteristics to easily absorb water and also to easily evaporate the absorbed water are used as the water absorbing agents 13. The cooling sheet 10 is allowed to tightly adhere to a body, and thereby cooling the body by using vaporization heat to be taken from the circumference when the water absorbed in the water absorbing agents 13 evaporates.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air flow bedding by which outside air can be flown along the whole body substantially parallel to the body in a simple structure, used especially when outside air temperature is high.SOLUTION: The air flow bedding has a mattress comprising a lower sheet 6 from which air hardly leaks, a flexible lower part spacer 52 with pressure resistance for forming a parallel wind flowing space between the lower sheet 8 and the body, a top bedding comprising a top sheet of a material from which air hardly leaks and an upper spacer 51 for forming a parallel wind flow space 4 between the top sheet and the body, and a fan for flowing outside air through the parallel wind flow space 4. The air flow bedding can flow air substantially parallel to the body along the whole face of the body when a person is lying. Thereby, sweat from the sleeper is evaporated, the range where a physiological cooler works are enlarged, the sleeper can be effectively cooled.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan for air circulation type mat capable of attaining structural simplification, easy attachment detachment, and high safety, using a DC propeller fan in generally wide circulation.SOLUTION: The fan 5 for an air circulation type mat is formed by integrating a fan holder 10 having an attachment board 14 to be bonded to a seat 2 from the inside of an air circulation type mat 1 with a DC propeller fan 11, at an open square attachment hole 30 formed in the seat 2 of the air circulation type mat 1. In addition, the fan is detachably mounted on the air circulation type mat, using a hook-and-loop fastener B3 sewn around the attachment hole in the air circulation type mat body and a hook-and-loop fastener A17 provided on the attachment board 14.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable rechargeable power supply device capable of preventing an overcharge by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A portable rechargeable power supply device is provided with two input-output common terminals 31 for performing charging of a lithium ion battery pack 10 and supply of power from the battery pack 10 to the exterior. In addition, the portable rechargeable power supply device is provided with an overcharge prevention part 38. This overcharge prevention part 38 comprises: voltage dividing means for dividing a voltage applied to the input-output common terminals 31; cutoff signal generation means for determining whether or not the voltage applied to the input-output common terminals 31 at the charging of the battery pack 10 is larger than an upper limit voltage at the charging of the battery pack 10 by using the divided voltage, and generating a cutoff signal when it is determined that the voltage is larger than the upper limit voltage at the charging; and cutoff means for cutting off the charging of the battery pack 10 when receiving the cutoff signal from the cutoff signal generation means.

A ventilating device is disclosed. The device includes a bag-shaped body with an upper part open using a first guiding sheet and a second guiding sheet. An attachment device attaches the bag-shaped body to the helmet. An air blower takes in outside air into the bag-shaped body and sends it out to a side of an open portion of the bag-shaped body. The second guiding sheet is located on a side of a human body and the first guiding sheet is located on an outer side, the air taken into the bag-shaped body is led to the open portion of the bag-shaped body along the first guiding sheet and the second guiding sheet and introduced into the helmet through an air inlet formed between an inner edge of the helmet located close to the open portion and a head of a user to ventilate the inside of the helmet.

Abstract:
The present invention provides a spacer adapted to improve a ventilating ability and having excellent mass-productivity. Such a spacer is formed in a substantially flat shape so as to contact with an object by at least one surface of the spacer which is substantially perpendicular to the thickness direction of the spacer. The spacer comprises: a plurality of column-shaped members 12a having length components in the thickness direction, and a plurality of connecting members 13a for connecting the tip ends of the plurality of column-shaped members 12a. The plurality of column-shaped members 12a are integrally formed to be physically and continuously joined via base member 15. Concretely, this spacer is formed by injection molding of soft plastics. Such a constitution allows air to naturally flow through the interior of the spacer, and enables to reduce the contacting area of an object at that side thereof which contacts with the spacer.
