The invention relates to an essentially tubular flexible packaging intended for containing a semi-liquid or pasty product, which includes an apron, a head, an added piece of material at least on the inside of the apron, and optionally a lid, the apron consisting of a rolled-up sheet and comprising a longitudinal weld for assembling the edges thereof together, and the head being attached to the edge of one of the ends of the apron. The apron includes a ratio of at least 30% of recycled material or material from renewable resources, and the added piece of material is arranged so as to eliminate a discontinuity in the inner surface in the area of the longitudinal weld.

A package forming a container with two side walls, a base and a top opening, the container being made from a hand tearable material, and having an incipient tear tab for first opening of the package once it is filled and sealed. Each side wall has at least a first stiffening element locally reinforcing the material, the stiffening element being selected such that the propagation energy of the incipient tear tab is lower than the rupture energy of the stiffening element. Each side wall includes means for guiding the incipient tear tab on first opening, with the incipient tear tab located between the first stiffening element and the guide means, so that the tear tab is guided.

The invention relates to a plastic film (3) including a pre-existing oriented tear zone (11, 7), characterised in that the zone (11, 7) comprises a butt weld (7) which assembles one end of the plastic film (9) with another end of the plastic film (10), said weld zone being disposed in the thickness of one or more of the welding layers of the plastic film (3). The invention also relates to a method and a device for producing said plastic film.

The subject of the invention is a package comprising at least two sheets (2, 3) and two flexible films (10a, 10b) placed between them and welded to the sheets (2, 3) by the welds (11a, 11b) respectively, and welded together and to the sheets (2, 3) by the welds (12a, 12b), at least one of the two films being folded over the other at that end of the films on the opposite side to the welds (11a, 11b).The subject of the invention is also a method for manufacturing such a package.The invention makes it possible to obtain a package of simplified structure and simplified manufacture.
