The invention relates to an essentially tubular flexible packaging intended for containing a semi-liquid or pasty product, which includes an apron, a head, an added piece of material at least on the inside of the apron, and optionally a lid, the apron consisting of a rolled-up sheet and comprising a longitudinal weld for assembling the edges thereof together, and the head being attached to the edge of one of the ends of the apron. The apron includes a ratio of at least 30% of recycled material or material from renewable resources, and the added piece of material is arranged so as to eliminate a discontinuity in the inner surface in the area of the longitudinal weld.

The subject of the invention is a package comprising at least two sheets (2, 3) and two flexible films (10a, 10b) placed between them and welded to the sheets (2, 3) by the welds (11a, 11b) respectively, and welded together and to the sheets (2, 3) by the welds (12a, 12b), at least one of the two films being folded over the other at that end of the films on the opposite side to the welds (11a, 11b).The subject of the invention is also a method for manufacturing such a package.The invention makes it possible to obtain a package of simplified structure and simplified manufacture.

The invention relates to a process for filling a plastic container (1) having a high degree of molecular orientation with a liquid, which process comprises the following steps: filling of the container (1) with a liquid at high temperature; cooling the walls (5) of the container (1) during the filling step; sealing of the container (1); cooling of the walls (5) of the container (1) during the sealing step; passive shrinkage of the container (1) following said sealing step; and cooling of the walls (5) of the container (1) following the shrinkage step. The invention also relates to a device for implementing said process and to a container thus obtained.
