Abstract:
A mobile device having a user input component receiving input from a user and a biometric sensor incorporated in the user input component collecting biometric data from the user when the user input component is receiving the input, wherein the input is non-biometric data. In addition, a system and method for receiving input from a user via a user input component of a mobile device and collecting biometric data from the user via a biometric sensor incorporated within the user input component when receiving the input from the user, wherein the input is non-biometric data.
Abstract:
Systems and methods that automatically register a mobile computing unit (220) on a wireless network area (242), via employing a voice recognition system associated with the mobile computing unit (225). A handshake can occur between a mobile computing unit and a server of the network upon utterance of predetermined voice (e.g., a sequence of letters) by the user into the voice recognition component. As such, a mass deployment of mobile computing units on the network can be facilitated in a secure manner with just enough information to access the network (210).
Abstract:
A mobile unit includes a processor, a memory, and a display. The display shows a user interface including a plurality of commands. Each sensory activated command of the plurality of commands is shown with a respective icon indicative of at least one of a motion and an orientation assigned to the sensory activated command.
