Abstract: PURPOSE: A flow coating device and a flow coating method are provided to form a coating film by continuous processes. CONSTITUTION: A flow coating device comprises a storage tank(110), a discharge unit(103), and a suction unit(105). The storage tank stores the coating solution. The discharge unit comprises a discharge pump(120) in dual diaphragm structure and a discharge port(140). The discharge pump pumps the coating solution from the storage tank. A discharge end sprays the coating solution to the upper part of an object(100). The suction unit includes a suction pump(160) in dual diaphragm structure.
