PURPOSE: An energy-saving glass coating composition is provided to obtain excellent staining resistance and durability while having excellent UV- and IR-blocking performance. CONSTITUTION: An energy-saving glass coating composition includes 20-60 parts by weight of an organic-inorganic hybrid binder including a fluorine-based compound; 10-60 parts by weight of IR and UV composite metal oxides; 0.1-1 parts by weight of a leveling agent; and 15-25 parts by weight of an organic solvent. The organic-inorganic hybrid binder including a fluorine-based compound is formed by sol-gel polymerizing a mixture in which 2-8 wt% of a fluorine-based compound, 35-60 wt% of a reactive alkoxysilane compound, 10-30 wt% of an acrylic compound, 0.2-2 wt% of a basic catalyst, and residual solvent are mixed.

A discharge end sprays the coating solution to the upper part of an object(100). The suction unit includes a suction pump(160) in dual diaphragm structure.
