Abstract:
PURPOSE: An energy-saving coating composition is provided to block infrared rays from solar light, to emit heat from the surface of a roof to atmosphere, and to reduce indoor energy load by absorbing and removing radiant heat. CONSTITUTION: An energy-saving coating composition comprises 25-45 wt% of a water-dispersible acrylic emulsion resin, 10-18 wt% of water, 0.2-2 wt% of a foaming agent, 1-5 wt% of a plasticizer, 10-20 wt% of a calcium carbonate, 7-13 wt% of a heat-shielding pigment, 1-5 wt% of a heat-radiating pigment, 0.2-2 wt% of a dispersant, 7-13 wt% of a hollow pigment, 0.1-1 wt% of a tackifier, 0.5-3.5 wt% of a film-forming agent, and 10-20 wt% of an EPDM chip. The heat-shielding pigment consists of a zirconium and an aluminum compound. PURPOSE: A quick-drying adhesive composition, a manufacturing method thereof, and a construction method of quick-drying hybrid waterproof using thereof are provided to ehance durability, waterproof, and adhesive property, and harden rapidly, thereby facilitating subsequent processes. CONSTITUTION: A quick-drying adhesive composition comprises a first composition, a second composition, and benzoyl peroxide. The first composition comprises 20-50wt% of polymethylmethacrylate resin, 1-10wt% of polyol, 1-10 wt% of plasticizer, 20-40wt% of calcium carbonate, 20-40 wt% of silica, 0.2-2 wt% of leveling agent and makes quick-drying possible. The second composition comprises 70-85 wt% of polyol, 0.1-1 wt% of 1.3-butylene glycols, 14-24 wt% of isocyanate, and 0.5-6 wt% of xylene and increases adhesive force.

The present invention relates to a coating composition for a flexible polyolefin based sheet, a method for manufacturing the same, and a composite waterproofing construction method using the coating composition. The objective of the present invention is to provide a coating composition, which obtains enhanced adhesive properties, weather resistance, and fouling resistance in order to improve the fouling resistance of buildings and roofs in which the waterproofing flexible polyolefin based sheet is constructed and forms a coating film with high cross-linking density; a method for manufacturing the same; and a waterproofing construction method using the coating composition. The composition for a flexible polyolefin based sheet comprises: a base material which includes 25-50wt% of acryl urethane resin, 5-15wt% of polyester resin, 0.1-2wt% of dispersing agent, 5-25wt% of pigment, 0.1-1wt% of anti-sedimentation material, 0.1-2wt% of antifoaming agent, 0.01-0.1wt% of urethane catalyst, 0.1-1wt% of levelling agent, 1-15wt% of adhesion promoter, 2-15wt% of solvent; and a hardening part which includes 66-83wt% of polyisocianate, 15-30wt% of solvent, and 0.1-4wt% of antifoaming agent. CONSTITUTION: A heat-isolating top-coating composition comprises: a firs composition comprising 20-40 wt% of polymethylmethacrylate resin, 1-10 wt% of polyol, 1-15 wt% of plasticizer, 10-20 wt% of calcium carbonate, 10-20 wt% of heat-blocking pigment, 1-5 wt% of metallic inorganic pigment for heat-blocking, 10-20 wt% of hollow pigment, 0.2-2 wt% of dispersant, 0.2-2 wt% color-separation preventing agent, 0.2-2 wt% of antifoaming agent, and 0.2-2 wt% of leveling agent, for providing heat-isolation; a second composition comprising 70-85 wt% of polyol, 0.1-1 wt% of 1,3-butylene glycol, 14-24 wt% of isocyanate, and 0.5-6 wt% of xylene; and a benzoyl peroxide as a hardener.
