Abstract:
본 발명은 장애물 감지용 초음파 센서에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 압전세라믹 소자 및 흡음제의 주변에 형성되는 제1 충전제와, 온도보상용 캐패시터 및 보강용 기판을 감싸도록 형성되는 제2 충전제를 포함하여 구성되고, 보강용 기판이 온도보상용 캐패시터의 적어도 하나의 면에 부착되고, 제2 충전제에는 분말 충전물이 혼합되어 있음으로써, 온도 변화가 심한 조건에서도 잔향 시간의 증가를 최대한으로 억제하며, 케이스의 잔여진동을 줄여 근거리에 있는 장애물 검출 특성을 향상시킬 수 있는 장애물 감지용 초음파 센서를 개시한다.

PURPOSE: An ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer is provided to measure an object within a long distance by minimizing the reduction of ultrasonic generation signals. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic piezoelectric transducer comprises a case(100), a front layer(300), a piezoelectric element(200) and a side attenuation layer(400). A front surface of the case is opened. The front layer is formed on the front surface of the case. The piezoelectric element is formed on the front layer. The piezoelectric element is partitioned from the inner circumference of the case. The side attenuation layer is formed between the side of the piezoelectric element and the inner circumference of the case.

PURPOSE: A piezo-electric ceramic transformer and circuit for driving cold cathode fluorescent lamps using the same is provided to drive the transformer in a full wavelength mode by arranging the driving unit to have two input parts. CONSTITUTION: A piezo-electric ceramic transformer comprises a piezo-electric ceramic plate(210) operating at the full wavelength mode and which is constituted by a single central driving unit and two output units(213,214), wherein the driving unit has two inputs(211,212); four external electrodes(215,216,217,218) arranged at side surfaces of two inputs of the piezo-electric ceramic plate; two sets of internal electrodes(219a,219b,210a,210b) arranged in a multiple layer structure within the two inputs, wherein each layer is connected in parallel alternately to the left external electrodes(215,217) and right external electrodes(216,218); and two output electrodes(221,222) arranged at both ends of two outputs of the piezo-electric ceramic plate.

PURPOSE: A supersonic wave sensor detecting obstacle is provided to improve the near obstacle detection property by reducing remaining vibration of case by suppressing increase of echo period maximally under severe temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical case(11) forms the bottom surface. The piezo ceramic element(12) is adhered to the bottom surface of the case inside. The acoustic absorbing material(13) is located on the piezo ceramic element. The first filler(18) is formed around the piezo ceramic element and the acoustic absorbing material. The temperature compensating capacitor(14) is located on the acoustic absorbing material. The reinforcing substrate(15) is adhered on one side of the temperature compensating capacitor. The second filler(19) surrounds the reinforcing substrate and the temperature compensating capacitor.
