Abstract: PURPOSE: A skin cleansing composition such as soap or cleansing oil is provided to increase income of Pleurotus eryngii farmhouses. CONSTITUTION: A skin cleansing composition for improving skin condition using Pleurotus eryngii contains: an organic solvent extract of Pleurotus eryngii; Pleurotus eryngii powder or Pleurotus eryngii-infused oil; vegetable base oil; essential oil; vitamin E; and caustic soda or solubilizing agent. A method for manufacturing natural soap for improving skin condition using Pleurotus eryngii comprises: a step of mixing Pleurotus eryngii ethanol extract and purified water to prepare base water; a step of mixing the base water with caustic soda and cooling to prepare caustic soda water; a step of heating the vegetable base oil at 35-40 Deg. C.; a step of mixing the caustic soda water and base oil; a step of adding Pleurotus eryngii power and vitamin E; a step of adding essential oil and Pleurotus eryngii ethanol extract; a step of pouring the mixture into a soap frame and molding; a step of warming the mold at 50-70 Deg. C. for 18-36 hours; and a step of storing the soap at 15-30 Deg. C. for 20-80 days.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis which contains pine mushroom extracts is provided to reduce expression of cytokine and TARC/CCL17, MDC/CCL22, CTACK/CCL27,and ICAM-1 which are proteins. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis contains pine mushroom extracts as active ingredient. The organic solvent is ethanol. A health supplement for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis includes the extract of the organic solvent of the pine mushroom as the active ingredient. The pine mushroom extracts is obtained by the following steps: extracting the pine mushroom by using the polar solvent like ethanol water soluble solution, propanol, butanol, isopropanol, ethyl acetate, ether, acetone, chloroform and a mixed solvent thereof; easily obtaining by using a single or combining an adsorbent method like a Diaion HP-20 resin, dispersion of hexane and water, and a method using for separation extracting of plant components like column chromatography.
