본 발명은 알파-글루코시다아제(α-glucosidase) 활성 저해물질인 1-데옥시노지리마이신 생합성에 관련된 폴리펩타이드, 이를 암호화하는 폴리뉴클레오티드, 상기 폴리뉴클레오티드를 포함하는 벡터, 상기 벡터를 포함하는 형질전환체, 및 상기 형질전환체를 이용하여 1-데옥시노지리마이신 합성관련 폴리펩타이드 또는 1-데옥시노지리마이신을 생산하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 폴리뉴클레오티드는 1-데옥시노지리마이신의 대량생산에 사용될 수 있으며, 또한, 재조합 기술을 이용하여 새로운 1-데옥시노지리마이신 유도체 탐색 연구에 사용될 수 있으므로, 당뇨환자를 위한 혈당강하제 및 병원성 바이러스 저해제 개발에 유용하다.

CONSTITUTION: A Proteus vulgaris P2-1 strain produces amino acid deaminase. A method for preparing organic acid comprises a step of culturing Proteus vulgaris P2-1(KACC 91462P) in a medium containing amino acid, and a step of collecting organic acid from the culture. The amino acid is phenylalanine and organic acid is phenyl lactic acid.

A recombinant vector contains the nucleic acid molecules. A host cell is transformed using the recombinant vector. The host cell is yeast, Bacillus subtilis or Escherichia coli. A method for producing polypeptides for DNJ biosynthesis comprises: a step of transforming the host cells with the recombinant vector; and a step of culturing the host cells to collect polypeptides.

A recombinant vector comprises the gene. The tranformant is transformed with the recombinant vector. The transformant is selected among E.coli, Streptomyces sp. bacteria, Saccharomyces sp. yeast, Pichia sp. yeast and Rhodotorula sp. yeast. The functional organic acid is produced by performing bioconversion of the enzyme with amino acid which is a substrate. The substrate is selected among a phenyl alanine, isleucine, leucine, tyrosine, valine and lysine.
