Abstract: 본 발명은 도로 보수용 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 포장공법 및 그 구조에 관한것으로써, 더욱 상세하게는 아스팔트 포장도로의 보수할 부위(과적차량 단속구간)을 일정깊이 절삭한 후 콘크리트로 포장하고 텐던을 인장시켜 프리스트레스를 도입함으로써, 균열이나 변형을 억제하여 포장 및 센서의 파손을 방지하고 수명을 증대시킴과 아울러 장기간 동안 유지보수가 필요없으므로 유지보수비용을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있는 도로 보수용 프리스트레스트 콘크리트 포장공법 및 그 구조에 관한 것이다.
이에 본 발명은, 도로의 일정범위를 일정깊이 절삭하는 노면 절삭단계(S1)와, 상기 절삭된 부위의 바닥면에 시트(60)를 설치하는 시트 설치단계(S2)와, 상기 시트(60) 위에 보조철근(30) 및 텐던(20)을 설치하는 보조철근 및 텐던 설치단계(S3)와, 상기 절삭된 부위에 콘크리트를 포설하는 콘크리트 포설단계(S4)와, 상기 콘크리트의 양생 이후, 상기 텐던(20)의 적어도 일단부를 잡아당겨 텐던(20)을 인장시키는 텐던 인장단계(S5)를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A road packing structure in which a power supply line for electric vehicles is buried is provided to prevent damage of the power supply line by installing a tendon in a concrete pavement part by filling a power supply line installed region with concrete. CONSTITUTION: A power supply line(30) is installed in one or more lanes of a road(1). The power supply line is buried in a concrete pavement part(20). An asphalt pavement part(10) is installed together with the concrete pavement part to form a single lane. A tendon(40) is installed inside the concrete pavement part.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a structure for paving prestressed concrete for road repair are provided to restrain cracking or deformation by prestressing placed concrete, thereby preventing damage to pavement and installations. CONSTITUTION: A method for paving prestressed concrete for road repair is as follows. A specified range of the road is cut to the fixed depth(S1). A sheet is installed on the bottom of the cut area(S2). Auxiliary reinforcements and tendon are installed on the sheet(S3). Concrete is placed in the cut area and cured(S4). At least one end of the tendon is pulled to be tensed(S5).
