Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for recycling a bumper cover using blasting separation is provided to secure the mechanical properties of the bumper cover and the exterior qualities of the bumper cover similar to those of a new product, improve efficiencies for removing a painting and plating layer compared with an existing chemical separation or sand blasting, and secure a very advantageous economic efficiency by recycling a medium. CONSTITUTION: A method for recycling a bumper cover using blasting separation includes: a step of inserting a target which is the bumper cover having a painting or plating layer into a processing line; a step of determining conditions for a blasting chamber by scanning the information of the bumper cover; a step of inserting the bumper cover into the blasting chamber, implementing the blasting separation using a blasting medium, and then removing the painting or plating layer; a step of crushing and pulverizing the bumper cover from which the painting or plating layer is removed; and a step of inserting the crushed and pulverized bumper cover into a compounding process.

PURPOSE: A system for collecting substances from waste plastic compression blocks is provided to collect pellet type substances from which the moisture and gas are removed using a multi-stage extruder. CONSTITUTION: A method of collecting waste plastic and waste plastic compression blocks before being fuel comprises a first step(S100) to generate the compression block by compressing the industrial waste to a predetermined unit; a second step(S200) which dismantls the generated compression block; a third step(S300) which selects the waste vinyl included in the disassembled compression block according to the predetermined condition; a fourth step(S500) which dries by heating the selected waste vinyl; a fifth step(S600) which removes moisture and gas of the dried vinyl using the multi-stage extruder; and a sixth step(S700) which ejects the waste vinyl, from which the moisture and gas are removed, into a pellet state. The compression block of the first step is generated in one ton unit. [Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S100) Step where a compression block is generated; (S200) Step where the compression block is dismantled; (S300) Step where the dismantled block is screened; (S400) Step where the screened waste vinyl parts of the block are crushed; (S500) Step where the waste vinyl is dried by heating it with hot air; (S600) Step where the moisture and gases of the waste vinyl are removed using a multi-stage extruder; (S700) Step where the waste vinyl is ejected in the form of pellets
