Abstract: The present invention relates to an ion balance adjustment device used in an antistatic device for neutralizing a charged product by emitting a positive ion and a negative ion, and more specifically, to an ion balance adjustment device capable of emitting the same amount of a positive ion and a negative ion regardless of duty ratio of a positive pulse and a negative pulse or a difference in an amplitude.
