Abstract: A method for manufacturing a multi-lip palette is provided to allow the pattern of intaglio and relief to be molded and to improve the smoothness of surface by using no oil in the releasing process. A method for manufacturing a multi-lip palette comprises the steps of placing a silicone mold frame for allowing a lipstick of the first color to be released from the lower molding frame and for allowing the pattern of intaglio and relief to be expressed on the surface at the same time, in the molding groove of a lower molding frame; joining a metal partition equipped with the molding part having the shape corresponding to the molding groove of the silicone molding frame to the lower molding frame, filling the content into the molding part of the lipstick of the first color, and cooling it to mold the lipstick of the first color; separating the metal partition from the lower molding frame when the lipstick of the first color is cooled and molded; filling the content the molding groove of the lower molding frame where the lipstick of the first color is formed in the middle, and cooling the filled content at the same time to mold the lipstick of the second color; smoothing the back surface of the lip palette comprising the lipstick of the first color and the lipstick of the second color; and joining the tool where a plate is mounted to the lower molding frame so as to release the lip palette to the plate.

Abstract: A powder cosmetic formed by molding powder with various colors divided by border lines inside of a single case is provided to reduce manufacturing cost for producing various colored powder products and satisfy consumer needs by combining sizes and colors of the molded objects in accordance with taste, preference, and frequency of the consumer. A powder cosmetic is characterized in that divided molded objects(2,2') obtained by pressing wet powder having different colors are included in an inside dish(1) for cosmetic, the divided molded objects are fixed on the bottom side of the inside dish with having regular gaps from the bottom of the inside dish by an adhesive layer, and partitioning portions(5,5') are formed between the air gaps by charging dry powder through pressurization. A method for preparing the powder cosmetic comprises the steps of: (a) agitating wet powder, an emulsifying binder and water through a mixing device; (b) extruding the mixture obtained from the step(a); (c) isolating divided molded objects from the extruded mixture and taking them out using a cutter having a regular shape; (d) applying an adhesive solution to the bottom side of an inside dish; (e) adhering the divided molded objects with various colors to the adhesive layer with being spaced apart therefrom; (f) charging air gaps between the spaced-apart divided molded objects with dry powder; (g) pressing the upper part of the inside dish using a pressing device; and (h) cutting the upper part of the inside dish to expose the inside divided molded objects and the surface of the partitioned portions by the dry powder.
