Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition to prevent gastritis and cancer containing sugar complex from natural extract and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a composition to prevent gastritis and cancer containing herbal extracts selected from Artemisia capillaris, ginseng, and green tea. The manufacturing method for the composition to prevent gastritis and cancer includes an extraction step to put purified water into herbs and extracting herbal extracts; a filtration and concentration step to filter and concentrate the extracted solution; a crystallization step to separate the product into a precipitate and a precipitate filtrate and crystallizing the same; and a dry and pulverization step to dry the crystals separated through the crystallization step and pulverizing the same.
