    Abstract: PURPOSE: A low-noise drain pipe paving material with improved durability and a paving method thereof are provided to prevent the fracture and abrasion of a surface layer caused by the separation of aggregates by enhancing the cohesion between a base layer and aggregates and between aggregates. CONSTITUTION: A paving method of a low-noise drain pipe paving material is as follows. Asphalt concrete, in which aggregates and asphalt are mixed, is placed over 4cm to form a base layer(100). A filler is prepared by mixing aggregates with a particle diameter of 0.1-1.5mm and an adhesive with a viscosity of 600-900cps, wherein the adhesive includes methylmethacrylate resin. The surface pores of the base layer are filled with the filler at a concentration of 0.1-0.8kg/m^2 so that the surface porosity of the base layer becomes 15-25%.

The acryl based binder is made by mixing a main agent and a curing agent by ratio of 5 to 1 or by 4 to 1. The main agent is made by mixing 50 to 70% of acryl urethane resin by weight, and 30 to 50% of butyl acetone by weight. The curing agent is made by mixing 50 to 60% of iso-cyanate by weight and 40 to 50% of butyl acetone by weight. The color stones are natural stones such as pea gravels, stone chips, quartz sand, or pebbles made by breaking granite or marble stones.
