Abstract: The present invention relates to a strain producing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), specifically to a Bifidobacteriumanimalis CGB-C10 (deposition number KCTC 11978BP) strain. The strain of the present invention has excellent conjugated linoleic acid production capacity, and has strong resistance to acid including stomach acid and bile and an antibiotic. A composition including the strain of the present invention is produced into a capsule agent containing: a coating material formed of a dairy product, powder, and water soluble polysaccharide; and the strain and CLA.
