Abstract: PURPOSE: An endoscope is provided to observe the inner space of a body by using a lens and an image sensor. CONSTITUTION: An endoscope includes a guidance tube(12), first and second heads(18,19), and first and second moving elements(16,17). The guidance tube is inserted into the inner space of the human body and provides a moving path of a movable cylinder. The first and second heads have opposite surfaces. The first and second heads are connected to one end of the guidance tube through the first and second auxiliary links. The first and second moving elements are connected to the first and second heads through the first and second main links. The first and second heads are changed into the first and second positions by the moving elements.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A multi-joint surgical instrument is provided to rotate a tip end by using the expansion and contraction of a first shape memory member. CONSTITUTION: A tip end(10) is inserted into a body. A first rotating unit(20) is connected to the rear of the tip end through a first hinge shaft. The first shape memory member connects the tip end to the first rotating unit and rotates the tip end around the first hinge shaft.
