Abstract: 본 발명은 모바일용 디스플레이 글라스의 모바일 검사 장치에 설치되어 상기 모바일용 디스플레이 글라스가 안착되는 디스플레이 글라스 안착 모듈에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 디스플레이 글라스 안착 모듈은 상기 모바일 검사 장치에 착탈 가능하게 설치되는 모듈 본체와; 상기 모듈 본체의 상부면에 설치되는 안착 지그부와; 상기 안착 지그부로부터 상향 돌출되어 상기 모바일용 디스플레이 글라스가 안착될 때 상기 모바일용 디스플레이 글라스의 가장자리 영역을 지지하는 복수의 글라스 지지핀과; 상기 복수의 글라스 지지핀의 내측에 위치하도록 상기 모듈 본체의 상부면에 설치되어 상기 모바일용 디스플레이 글라스가 상기 복수의 글라스 지지핀에 안착되도록 상기 모바일용 디스플레이 글라스를 흡착하는 적어도 하나의 글라스 흡착부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 모바일용 디스플레이 글라스의 사이즈 변경에 따른 지지구조의 교체가 용이하고, 모바일용 디스플레이 글라스의 사이즈 변경에도 능동적으로 대처함으로써, 작업 시간 및 제조 비용을 줄일 수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a display glass mounted module in which a display glass for a mobile device is mounted by being installed in a mobile test apparatus of the display glass for the mobile device. The display glass mounted module of the present invention includes: a module body installed to be able to be attached to and detached from the mobile test apparatus; a mounting jig part installed on the upper plane of the module body; a plurality of glass supporting pins which support the edge area of the display glass for the mobile device when the display glass for the mobile device is mounted by being protruded upward from the mounting jig part; and at least one glass absorption part absorbing the display glass for the mobile device in order for the display glass for the mobile device to be mounted to the plurality of glass supporting pins by being installed on the upper plane of the module body to be located in the inside of the plurality of glass supporting pins. Therefore, it is easy to replace a supporting structure according to the size change of the display glass for the mobile device, and work time and manufacturing costs can be reduced by coping with the size change of the display glass for the mobile device actively.
