PURPOSE: An indentation testing apparatus, data measurement method, mechanical properties measurement method and record medium is provided to allow the indentation testing machine to be easily attached to a structure by minimizing volume of the indentation testing machine, while shortening testing time. CONSTITUTION: An indentation testing machine comprises a load generating unit(110) having a motor(111) for generating load to be applied to a material, and a decelerator(112); a load transmission unit for converting the rotating force generated from the load generating unit into a vertical load; a load sensor(123) mounted to the load transmission unit, and which continuously measures changes of load; a connection shaft and an indenter holder(125) connected to an end of the load transmission unit, and which move along the axis same with the load sensor; an indenter(127) exposed from an end of the indenter holder, and which substantially applies a contact load to the material; and a displacement sensor for continuously measuring changes of indentation depth.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A jig apparatus for shear test is provided to test adhesion force of different material regardless of the type and shape of the different material, while allowing alignment of specimen and load to be easily carried out. CONSTITUTION: A jig apparatus(20) comprises a load transfer unit(22) and a specimen fixing unit(24). The load transfer unit includes a connector(25) having an upper portion connected to a load generating device and a lower portion fixing a plate(28); and the plate having an upper portion fixed by the connector and a lower portion extended in a vertical direction, such that the lower end of the plate contacts a specimen so as to apply a shear stress to the specimen. The specimen fixing unit includes a specimen support(34) having a front surface for fixing the specimen; and a fixing member for fixing the specimen support at the bottom, and which is screw-coupled with the specimen support. The fixing member includes a base(30) having a guide groove formed in a lengthwise direction, and a tray(32) having a lower portion engaged with the guide groove of the base and an upper portion extended in a vertical direction.

본 발명은, 잔류응력 측정장치 및 이 장치를 이용한 잔류응력 데이터 측정방법, 잔류응력 측정방법 및 이 측정방법을 기록한 기록매체에 관한 것으로서, 기계적 물성평가에 유리하면서도 비파괴적인 잔류응력을 측정할 수 있다. 또한, 적용하는 하중의 범위를 제어함으로써 박막이나 마이크로소자와 같은 미소 영역에서부터 대형 구조물에 이르기까지 광범위한 적용이 가능하고 미세조직에 의한 영향을 받지 않는다. 본 발명의 측정장치에 의하면, 부피를 소형화하여 실구조물에 대한 부착이 용이하다. 그리고, 부착장치를 다양화함으로써 대상재료의 크기와 종류에 관계없이 다양한 재료에 부착하여 측정할 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 측정장치는 수평이동이 가능함으로써 여러 재료의 여러 위치를 측정하기 위해 본체 자체를 이동할 필요가 없다. 또한, 본 발명은 측정된 데이터를 분석하는 데 있어서, 실험상수 보정을 위한 별도의 측정이 필요하지 않아 측정비용을 절감하고, 타 측정법으로 측정이 불가능한 부분에 대한 측정도 가능한 효과가 있다. 또한, 압입하중 - 변위곡선의 해석을 통해 잔류응력을 비파괴적으로 직접 평가함으로써 시편의 파손을 막고 시편에 소요되는 시간 및 비용을 절감할 수 있으며 시편을 구하기 어려운 경우나 국부적 물성 평가가 요구되는 상황에서도 적절하게 적용할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A residual stress measuring apparatus, a residual stress data measuring method, a residual stress measuring method and a recording medium thereof are provided to analyze physical properties by enlarging the application region with regulating the range of load without breakage or interference of fine tissue, and to attach to various structures conveniently by reducing the volume. CONSTITUTION: A residual stress measuring apparatus comprises a measuring body(100); a load addition unit formed in the body to generate load applied to measured objects; a load sensor(123) continuously measuring change of load applied to the object by the load addition unit; an indenter holder connecting to the load addition unit and driving coaxially with the load sensor; an indenter(127) combined with the indenter holder and contacted to the object to apply load from the load addition unit to the object; a displacement sensor(128) continuously measuring the change of the indentation depth from the indenter; and an interface computer having the measuring program for measuring residual stress based on measured values from the load sensor and the displacement sensor.
