    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for highly purifying hyaluronidase, and an injection using the same are provided to enhance the purity of existing hyaluronidase, and to ensure safety. CONSTITUTION: A method for highly purifying hyaluronidase comprises: a step of extracting hyaluronidase from ovine testis, and freeze-drying the hyaluronidase; a step of primarily purifying the hyaluronidase by blue sepharose; and a step of secondarily purifying sodium phosphate using the purified hyaluronidase. An injection contains the purified hyaluronidase.
