    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent stability, low temperature impact resistance and flowability, and to provide a molded article. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprising an aromatic polycarbonate (A), a graft polymer (B), and a vinylic copolymer (C) comprising aromatic vinylic monomer units and vinyl cyanide-based monomer units is characterized in that the graft polymer (B) is obtained by graft-polymerizing a monomer mixture (b-2) comprising 65 to 90 mass% of an aromatic vinylic monomer and 10 to 35 mass% of a vinyl cyanide-based monomer to a latex-like rubbery polymer (b-1) comprising an ethylene-propylene-non-conjugated diene copolymer and a modified low mol.wt. α-olefin copolymer, wherein the rate of rubber particles having mass-average particle diameters of 250 to 400 nm and particle diameters of ≥500 nm is COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing an aqueous dispersion which can stably produce an aqueous dispersion having a small average particle diameter and a small amount of an unemulsified material. SOLUTION: The apparatus for producing an aqueous dispersion has a twin-screw extruder 10 in which two screws 12a are disposed in a barrel 11, a cooling means 20 provided on the forward end side of the barrel 11 of the twin-screw extruder 10, and a flow passage 30 which connects the forward end of the twin-screw extruder 10 with the cooling means 20, and part of the flow path 30 is constituted of a connecting pipe 32 and the diameter D (mm) of the screw 12a of the twin-screw extruder 10, the bore diameter d (mm) of the connecting pipe 32, and the length L (mm) of the flow path 30 meet the relationship of equation (1): 2≤ä(D 3 ×L)/d 4 }≤300.
