Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological sample transfer device and a biological sample transfer method which hardly have an adverse effect on a biological sample in transferring the biological sample from a biological sample reservoir to a biological sample preserving container.SOLUTION: A biological sample transfer device 1 is equipped with: a biological sample reservoir 2 in which a biological sample is stored; a biological sample preserving container 3 which is constituted by a member having flexibility and has a biological sample housing chamber 311 formed by three-dimensional molding; a connection tube 4 which aseptically and air-tightly connects the biological sample reservoir 2 with the biological sample preserving container 3; a port portion 5 which is provided for the connection tube 4, and capable of leading gas inside the connection tube 4 to the outside while maintaining an airtight state of the biological sample reservoir 2, the biological sample preserving container 3 and the connection tube 4; and an upstream closing portion 6 provided closer to the biological sample reservoir 2 than the port portion 5.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal container that, in a state stored in a rack, hardly drops from the rack while being stored in the rack.SOLUTION: A metal container 1 for accommodating a cell cryopreservation container accommodated in a rack 100 having a rack body whose front face 110a is open, and one or more shelf boards 120 arranged almost horizontally inside the rack body includes: a container body 10 having a bottom face 11, an upper face 12 and a side face 13; and a fixing part 20 provided to the container body 10 for detachably fixing the container body 10 to the rack 100.
