Abstract:
Disclosed is a substrate for light-emitting device mounting which is composed of a core metal whose surface is covered with a porcelain enamel layer. One side of this substrate for light-emitting device mounting is provided with a reflection cup portion for light-emitting device mounting. At least a part of the other side of the substrate which is not provided with the reflection cup portion has a heat dissipating portion wherein the porcelain enamel layer is removed so that the core metal is exposed therefrom. Also disclosed are a light-emitting device module obtained by mounting a light-emitting device on the substrate, and an illuminating device, display and traffic signal device respectively comprising such a light-emitting device module.

Disclosed is a porcelain enameled substrate for light-emitting device mounting which comprises a core metal, a porcelain enamel layer covering the surface of the core metal, and one or more through holes. The core metal is exposed at the inner surfaces of the through holes.
