Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for detecting a primer for detecting human Bcr-Abl mutant gene with a primer is provided to improve sensitivity and accuracy of detection. CONSTITUTION: A method for detecting human Bcr-Abl mutant gene comprises: a step of collecting biological sample from peripheral blood or bone marrow; a step of isolating genome DNA; a step of performing PCR with primer set for detecting Bcr-Abl mutation; a step of measuring the PCR product; and a step of confirming mutation.
