Abstract: PURPOSE: A transformed cell line expressing luciferase gene and green fluorescence protein(GFP) is provided to quickly and accurately detect leukemia. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant expression vector contains a luciferase gene and green fluorescence protein gene. A method for preparing transformed cell line comprises: a step of preparing a recombinant expression vector containing the luciferase gene and green fluorescence protein gene; and a step of transforming a cell line with the recombinant expression vector. The cell line is K562.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供表达荧光素酶基因和绿色荧光蛋白（GFP）的转化细胞系，以快速准确地检测白血病。 构成：重组表达载体含有荧光素酶基因和绿色荧光蛋白基因。 制备转化细胞系的方法包括：制备含有荧光素酶基因和绿色荧光蛋白基因的重组表达载体的步骤; 和用重组表达载体转化细胞系的步骤。 细胞系为K562。
