본 발명은 시트룰린 잔기를 함유하는 단백질을 특이적으로 검출할 수 있는 단클론 항체 및 이를 생산하는 하이브리도마 세포주에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 단클론 항체를 포함하는 시트룰린 함유 단백질 검출용 조성물 및 검출 키트에 관한 것이다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 단클론 항체를 포함하는 시트룰린화된 단백질 관련 질환의 진단용 조성물 및 진단 키트에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A monoclonal antibody which specifically detects proteins with a citrulline residue and a hybridoma cell line are provided to detect citrullinated proteins and to diagnose and treat autoimmune diseases. CONSTITUTION: A monoclonal antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof for diagnosing rheumatic arthritis contains a heavy chain variable region with an amino acid sequence of sequence number 3 and a light chain variable region with an amino acid of sequence number 4. The monoclonal antibody or the fragment is produced from a hybridoma(deposit number KCLRF-BP-00276). A method for providing information for diagnosing rheumatoid arthritis comprises a step of measuring antigen-antibody response of citrullinated proteins in a sample. A composition for diagnosing rheumatoid arthritis contains the monoclonal antibody or the fragment. A kit for diagnosing rheumatoid arthritis contains the antibody or the fragment.
