Abstract: Disclosed is a multifunctional 4 roll rolling mill which includes a roller frame and detachably includes an upper roller, a lower roller, a left roller, and a right roller, which respectively include a rolling roll installed on the roller frame to be able to rotate. The rolling roll of the upper roller and the rolling roll of the lower roller are located to be separated from each other in the horizontal direction. The rolling roll of the left roller and the rolling roll of the right roller are located to be separated from each other in the vertical direction. A vertical distance between the rolling roll of the upper roller and the rolling roll of the lower roller and a horizontal distance between the rolling roll of the left roller and the rolling roll of the right roller are adjusted so as to adjust a size of a cross section of a wire to be rolled. When the vertical distance and the horizontal distance are adjusted, an outer circumferential side of one rolling roll always contacts a side of another rolling roll between the rolling rolls which are adjacent to each other in a perpendicular direction.

Abstract: 본 고안에 따른 한방용 침은 가늘고 긴 스테인레스 스틸 또는 강체로 된 침봉의 선단을 연마하여 피부에 꽂을 수 있도록 하는 첨예부를 갖는 침봉과, 그 후단으로 상기 첨예부인 침 일끝단의 대향측에 형성되어 시술자가 손으로 잡을 수 있도록 구성된 파지부인 침병으로 이루어지는 한방용 침에 있어서, 상기 침봉이 침병을 관통하도록 결합되고, 상기 침병 외측으로 돌출되는 침봉의 단부에 합성수지 성형부를 형성한다.
이와 같은 본 고안은 시술자가 손으로 잡을 수 있도록 구성된 파지부인 침병을 침봉이 관통하도록 결합되고, 상기 침병 외측으로 돌출되는 침봉의 단부에 합성수지 성형부를 형성하는 한방용 침을 제공함으로써, 제조가 간편하고, 제조단가가 절감되며, 합성수지 성형부의 형상을 반구 또는 구형상으로 성형함으로써, 시술자가 침병을 잡고 비틀거나 밀어 넣는 등의 시술행위 시 감촉을 부드럽게 하고 손에서 미끌리지 않도록 하여 보다 안정적인 시술이 이루어지도록 할 수 있다.-

Abstract: Disclosed is a wire forming apparatus. The wire forming apparatus comprises a first roll unit reducing the thickness of a wire having a circular cross section; a second roll unit forming the wire of which the thickness is reduced to have a rectangular cross section; a third roll unit forming the wire having the rectangular cross section, which has passed the second roll unit; and a tension adjusting unit for adjusting a tension of the wire. Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for cutting a wire is provided to obtain clean cutting surface by supporting one end of the wire with a roller supply unit when cutting and to equally store a cut wire product in a product storing unit in which a plurality of storing places is equipped. CONSTITUTION: A device for cutting a wire comprises a main body(110), a roller supply unit(130), a cutting press(140), a product storing unit(150), and a storing unit transfer device(180). The cutting press cuts the wire(W) in a vertical direction from the rear of the roller supply unit. The product storing unit includes a plurality of storing spaces storing the wire which is cut in the rear end of the cutting press. The storing unit transfer device transfers the product storing unit and allows to equally store in the storing spaces.

Abstract: A needle material manufacturing device is disclosed. The needle material manufacturing device comprises: a metal wire supply part; a metal wire cutting part for manufacturing multiple needle materials by cutting a metal wire continuously supplied by the metal wire supply part; and a needle material storage part for temporarily storing the multiple needle materials discharged from the metal wire cutting part. The needle material storage part comprises: a stationary frame; a rotary frame installed by a central rotation shaft to be rotated relative to the stationary frame; and multiple buckets circularly arranged on the central rotation shaft and installed on the rotary frame to be rotated. Each bucket comprises an upper open part and a bottom part having a length corresponding to the length of the needle materials and a width narrower than the length of the needle materials. The width from the upper open part and the bottom part is gradually narrowed to form a trapezoidal cross-section. The buckets are moved to a position for receiving the needle materials by the rotation of the rotary frame.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cutting case is provided to collect cucumber fall onto the ground by cutting automatically on time through making a lamp or an alarm operating once a cutter blade is operated. CONSTITUTION: A sensor unit is formed to detect the growth state of cucumber at the bottom part of a case. A cutting unit(130) cuts the stem of the cucumber by receiving a signal from the sensor unit installed at a cucumber stem inlet(114) in the upper part of the case.
