Abstract: PURPOSE: A methanol extract of Persicaria hydropiper (L.) SPACH is provided to suppress NO generation and TNF-alpha and AP-1 expression. CONSTITUTION: A methanol extract of Persicaria hydropiper (L.) SPACH with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive effects contains quercetin 3-O-beta-L-rhamnoside, kaempferol-3-glucoside, 6-hydrolxyapigenin, galloyl kaepferol 3-glucoside, scutellarein, 6-hydroxylutelin, 6-hydroxyluteolin-7-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside, quercetin 3-O-beta-D-glucuronide, galloyl, quercetin, and quercetin flavonoid.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供Persicaria hydropiper（L.）SPACH的甲醇提取物以抑制NO产生和TNF-α和AP-1表达。 构成：具有抗炎和免疫抑制作用的Persicaria hydropiper（L.）SPACH的甲醇提取物含有槲皮素3-O-β-L-鼠李糖苷，山奈酚-3-葡萄糖苷，6-羟丙基青霉素，galloyl kaepferol 3-葡萄糖苷，scutellarein， 6-羟基脯氨酸-7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷，槲皮素3-O-β-D-葡糖苷酸，酰基，槲皮素和槲皮素类黄酮。
