Abstract: 본 발명은 왕겨와 점토 광물을 이용하여 제조 비용을 줄이면서 보비력과 보수성을 높인 합성토양을 제조하는 왕겨와 점토 광물을 이용한 합성토양 제조방법 및 이를 이용한 합성토양에 관한 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 왕겨와 점토 광물을 이용한 합성토양 제조방법은 규조토와, 제올라이트 및 벤토나이트 중에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 점토 광물, 분쇄왕겨, 및 부식산을 혼합하는 베이스 원료 준비단계; 상기 베이스 원료에 물과 바인더를 혼합하는 성형물 형성단계; 상기 성형물을 220~250℃의 온도에서 조절하면서 건조 소성 처리하는 건조 소성 처리 단계; 및 상기 소성된 성형물을 함유량이 0.1~ 1.0%인 젤라틴과 비분을 첨가한 수용액에 4시간 이상 침지시킨 후 건조 시키는 침지 및 건조단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing pore using paper and clay mineral is provided to decrease a manufacturing cost using recycle paper and to have an excellent moisture and nutriment retaining property. A method of manufacturing pore using paper and clay mineral comprises steps of: (S10) preparing a mixture by mixing the clay mineral selected from the paper, bentonite and zeolite; (S20) forming a molding by mixing the mixture with water; and (S30) plastic-processing the molding at 650‹C or 950‹C.

Abstract: A time synchronization method for wireless sensor network is provided to reduce a transform time and perform a time synchronization based on a transmission time at a reference transmitter. A time synchronization method for wireless sensor network includes the steps of: transmitting a reference packet for a time synchronization at a reference transmitter(S101), and stores the transmission time of the reference packet at the same time(S103); receiving the reference packet and storing the transmission time of the reference packet at a base station and neighboring nodes(S105); transmitting the stored receiving time of the reference packet at the base station(S107); and after receiving the receiving time of the reference packet transmitted from the base station at the neighboring nodes and the reference transmitter(S109), changing a local time corresponding to the receiving time of the reference packet(S111).

Abstract: A method for manufacturing synthetic soil by using chaff and clay mineral is provided to increase nutrient holding capacity and water retention while decreasing the manufacturing cost by using chaff and clay mineral. A method for manufacturing synthetic soil by using chaff and clay mineral comprise (S10) a base raw material preparation step for mixing any one clay mineral selected from diatomite, zeolite and bentonite, grinded chaff and humic acid; (S20) a molding formation step for mixing the base raw material, water and binder; (S30) a step for dry-plasticizing while controlling the moldings at a temperature of 220~250 °C; and (S40) a step for dipping the plasticized moldings in the solution added with gelatin 0.1~ 1.0% and powder for 4 hours or more, and drying the dipped moldings.
