Abstract: A method of detecting gene-modified cereals according to a nondestructive method is provided to quantitatively detect and analyze gene-modified cereal nondestructively, rapidly and accurately within a short time in real time. A method of detecting gene-modified cereals includes a step of measuring near-infrared absorption spectroscopy of one grain of gene-modified cereal, a step of measuring near-infrared absorption spectroscopy of one grain of gene-unmodified cereal, a step of checking a spectrum absorption difference between the gene-modified cereal and the gene-unmodified cereal, a step of confirming a discriminative wavelength, a step of developing a prediction model for discriminating gene-modified cereals from gene-unmodified cereals, and a step of verifying the accuracy of the prediction model and selecting an optimum discrimination prediction model.
