    Abstract: PURPOSE: A peptide nanofiber for preventing and treating inflammatory and autoimmune diseases is provided to suppress expression and generation of PGE2(prostaglandin), AP-1, and TNF-alpha and to prevent and treat the diseases. CONSTITUTION: A peptide nanofiber for preventing and treating inflammatory and autoimmune diseases is a self-assembly type. The peptide nanofiber includes lysozyme, a trypsin inhibitor, BSA(bovine serum albumin), and IgG protein. The peptide nanofiber contains Acetyl-(Arg-Ala-Asp-Ala)4-CONH2[Ac-(RADA)4-CONH2] peptide hydrogel. The peptide nanofiber suppresses PGE2, AP-1, and TNF-alpha activation.
