Abstract: The present invention relates to a peptide composition having an anti-inflammatory effect, wherein the peptide composition is represented by chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1, R4, and R5 are hydrogen; R2 and R3 are hydroxyl; K is Lys; G is Gly; T is Thr; E is Glu; and C is Cys. Accordingly, the peptide composition has high in vivo transferring efficiency, does not inhibit immune macrophages, and has an anti-inflammatory effect for inhibiting the activities of PGE2 and AP-1.
