Abstract:
The present invention relates to monoolein cubic phase nanoparticles surface-modified with hydrophobized cationic polymers and a manufacturing method thereof. A manufacturing method for the monoolein cubic phase nanoparticles surface-modified with hydrophobized cationic polymers comprises: a step of manufacturing monoolein cubic phases capturing target materials in a water channel by adding an aqueous solution including the target materials in a monoolein melt solution and hydrating the ingredients; and a step of manufacturing monoolein cubic phase nanoparticles coated with hydrophobized cationic polymers on the surfaces by adding water phases in which the hydrophobized cationic polymers and dispersing agents are dissolved on monoolein cubic phases capturing the target materials and homogenizing ingredients. The monoolein cubic phase nanoparticles surface-modified with hydrophobized cationic polymers according to the present invention increase skin persistence by electrostatic interaction with the surface of skin by modifying the surfaces of monoolein cubic phase nanoparticles with hydrophobized cationic polymers and is able to improve the penetrability of target materials.

The present invention relates to a microemulsion which is manufactured to enhance chemical stability of fucoxanthine and to improve skin penetration. The present invention provides a microemulsion which is characterized by containing an oil phase containing fucoxanthine loaded in oil droplets, a surfactant/cosurfactant mixture added to the oil phase, and an aqueous phase with enhanced stability of fucoxanthine and skin penetration.

본 발명은 소수화된 양이온성 고분자로 표면 개질된 모노올레인 큐빅상 나노입자 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 소수화된 양이온성 고분자로 표면 개질된 모노올레인 큐빅상 나노입자는 목적물질을 포함하는 수용액을 모노올레인(monoolein) 용융액에 첨가한 후 수화시켜 수상채널에 목적물질이 포집된 모노올레인 큐빅상(monoolein cubic phase)을 제조하는 단계; 상기 목적물질이 포집된 모노올레인 큐빅상에 소수화된 양이온성 고분자와 분산제가 용해된 수상을 첨가한 다음 균질화시켜 외측 표면이 소수화된 양이온성 고분자로 코팅된 모노올레인 큐빅상 나노입자를 제조하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법에 의해 제조될 수 있다. 상기한 본 발명에 따라 제조되는 소수화된 양이온성 고분자로 표면 개질된 모노올레인 큐빅상 나노입자는 모노올레인 큐빅상 나노입자의 외측 표면을 소수화된 양이온성 고분자로 개질시켜 피부표면과의 정전기적 상호작용에 의하여 피부 잔류성을 증가시키면서 목적물질의 침투성을 향상시킬 수 있는 유용한 효과가 있다.
