Abstract: 본 발명은 공기정화용 세라믹필터의 제조 및 모듈에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 알루미나, 산화마그네슘, 산화티탄, 복합금속산화물, PVA, EVA, 분산제, 무기바인더의 혼합물을 제조하는 단계와, 폴리머 필터(polymer filter)에 상기 혼합물을 접착하는 단계와, 일정온도 및 시간에서 건조하는 단계 및 소성하는 단계를 거쳐 이루어지는 공기정화용 세라믹 필터 제조방법과, 원통형의 모듈 내부에 필터를 설치하여 일측에서 유입된 가스가 필터 처리되어 타측에 설치된 팬을 통해 외부로 배기 되도록 구성되고, 그 필터는 가스가 유입되는 방향으로부터 헤파필터, 제1항의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 세라믹필터, AC필터가 순차적으로 설치된 공기정화용 세라믹 필터 모듈에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a ceramic filter for air purification and a ceramic filter module thereof are provided to offer good applicability of the filter applied on various spaces. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a ceramic filter for air purification includes a step for producing a compound by kneading alumina of 3 ~ 10 weight%, magnesium oxide of 1.5 ~ 5 weight%, titanium oxide of 2 ~ 6 weight%, composite metal oxides of 2 ~ 7 weight%, PVA of 25 ~ 50 weight%, EVA of 15 ~ 40 weight%, a dispersing agent of 1.5 ~ 5 weight%, and an inorganic binder of 1.5 ~ 5 weight%. The compound is adhered to a polymer filter made of PP. The compound is dried at a temperature of 50 ~ 80°C for 20 ~ 50 minutes. A ceramic filter module includes a HEPA filter(10), the ceramic filter(11), and an active carbon filter(13).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种空气净化用陶瓷过滤器的制造方法及陶瓷过滤器组件，能够适用于各种空间的过滤器。 构成：用于空气净化的陶瓷过滤器的制造方法包括：将3〜10重量％的氧化铝，1.5〜5重量％的氧化镁，2〜6重量％的氧化钛，复合金属氧化物 为2〜7重量％，PVA为25〜50重量％，EVA为15〜40重量％，分散剂为1.5〜5重量％，无机粘合剂为1.5〜5重量％。 该化合物粘附在由PP制成的聚合物过滤器上。 该化合物在50〜80℃的温度下干燥20〜50分钟。 陶瓷过滤器模块包括HEPA过滤器（10），陶瓷过滤器（11）和活性炭过滤器（13）。

Abstract: A composition comprising 5-[4'-(piperidinomethyl)phenyl]-2,3-dihydroimidazo [2,1-a] isoquinoline is provided to inhibit inflammation and regulate immune responses in macrophages, thereby preventing and treating the inflammatory or immune diseases. The composition for prevention and treatment of inflammatory or immune diseases comprises 5-[4'-(piperidinomethyl)phenyl]-2,3-dihydroimidazo [2,1-a] isoquinoline or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, and inhibits the expression of any one proinflammatory cytokine selected from the group consisting of IL-1(interleukin) beta, IL-6 and TNF-alpha(tumor necrosis factor-alpha).
