Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel phosphinine oxide derivative and a preparing method thereof. More specifically, the phosphinine oxide derivative of the present invention comprises oxaphosphinine oxide and azaphosphinine oxide derivatives. The phosphinine oxide derivative according to the present invention has pharmacological activity and bioactivity, and can be used in novel drug development and synthesis of various pharmaceuticals as well as used as a basic structure of natural materials. In addition, the method for preparing the phosphinine oxide derivative according to the present invention has strong points of preparing various phosphinine oxide derivatives having high yield through a simple synthesizing process by conducting intermolecular cyclicizing reaction of a phosphinine derivative and an alkyne derivative with a rhodium (Rh) catalyst or a ruthenium (Ru) catalyst and an oxidizing agent.
