Abstract:
PURPOSE: A cyclo dextrin hydrogel containing hydrophobic fibroin and a method for preparing the same are provided to actively release wound healing drug to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A cyclo dextrin hydrogel contains hydrophobic fibroin. The cyclo dextrin hydrogel is prepared by cross-linking cyclo dextrin. The dextrin is selected from alpha-cyclo dextrin, beta-cyclo dextrin, and gamma-cyclo dextrin. The hydrophobic fibroin is fixed inside the cyclo dextrin hydrogel. The hydrophobic fibroin is formed by covalent bond of carbon chains.

PURPOSE: A cyclodextrin/poly(vinyl alcohol) hydrogel is provided to emit relatively many target materials through the ionization of basic(acidic) hydrophobic compounds in an acidic(basic) aqueous solution and to relatively emit relatively a few target materials through the formation of a salt bridge of the acidic hydrophobic compound and the basic hydrophobic compound in a neutral aqueous solution. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a cyclodextrin/poly(vinyl alcohol) hydrogel comprises the steps of: (i) adding a crosslinking agent to the mixed liquid of cyclodextrin and poly(vinyl alcohol); (ii) dipping a mixed suspension consisting of a hydrophobic compound having acidic groups and a hydrophobic compound having basic groups to allow the hydrophobic compounds having acidic groups and basic groups to form an inclusion complex in the hydrophobic cavity of the hydrogel; and (iii) mixing the hydrogel with a hydrophilic target material aqueous solution to load the hydrophilic target material on the hydrogel.

PURPOSE: A photoresponsive hydrogel is provided to control the emission of light under 260 nm by reducing the cross-linking density of hydrogel by irradiating with a light in 260 nm or less, or increasing the cross-linked density by irradiating with a light in 310 nm or more. CONSTITUTION: A photoresponsive hydrogel is formed by photocrosslinking an aqueous polymer combined with photocrosslinking the water-aqueous polymer combined with a coumarin derivative, and can control the emission of water-soluble target material by photo-irradiation. A manufacturing method of the photosensitive hydrogel comprises: a step of binding a coumarin derivative to an aqueous polymer; a step of manufacturing hydrogel by photo-crosslinking an aqueous polymer solution combined with a coumarin derivative, and a step of mounting a hydrophilic target material to the hydrogel.
