Abstract: PURPOSE: A cyclo dextrin hydrogel containing hydrophobic fibroin and a method for preparing the same are provided to actively release wound healing drug to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A cyclo dextrin hydrogel contains hydrophobic fibroin. The cyclo dextrin hydrogel is prepared by cross-linking cyclo dextrin. The dextrin is selected from alpha-cyclo dextrin, beta-cyclo dextrin, and gamma-cyclo dextrin. The hydrophobic fibroin is fixed inside the cyclo dextrin hydrogel. The hydrophobic fibroin is formed by covalent bond of carbon chains.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A monoolein cubic phase on which alginate and silk fibroin are fixed is provided to release less target ingredients at low pH and release target ingredient a lot of target ingredients. CONSTITUTION: A monoolein cubic phase contains anionic natural polymers containing alginate and amphoteric natural polymers containing silk fibroin which are fixed on an aqueous channel thereinside. The alginate and silk fibroin are conjugated by a hydrophobic anchor. The hydrophobic anchor includes monoalakyl acrylate, dialkyl acrylate, palmitic acid, stearyl amine, or stearic acid. A method for preparing the monoolein cubic phase comprises: a step of mixing the silk fibroin and target materials to prepare a mixture solution; and a step of adding the mixture solution to a monoolein melt solution to form transparent gel.

Abstract: An alginate particle containing poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) is provided to emit a relatively small amount of capture target materials below Tg of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and emit a relatively large amount of the capture target materials above the Tg of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide). A method for preparing an alginate particle having capture target materials comprises the following steps of: melting or dispersing capture target materials in a liquid or colloidal suspension containing a copolymer of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and alginate; and dropping or spraying the liquid or colloidal suspension in a solution with Ca^(2+), Mg^(2+), Al^(3+), Cr^(3+). The copolymer of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and alginate is prepared by reacting a NH2 group to poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) and then condensation-reacting the poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) to a carboxyl group of the alginate.

Abstract: An alginate particle containing calcium carbonate in matrix is provided to selectively release the various hydrophobic and hydrophilic physiological ingredients within the particle by releasing the relatively small amount of target material encapsulated at basic pH and the relatively large amount of target material encapsulated at acidic pH.
