Abstract: A physical therapy apparatus for patients with limbs rigidity is provided to improve accuracy of an operation by detecting a moving range according to rigidity and motility of an operation part, and a patient's status change during the operation. A physical therapy apparatus for patients with limbs rigidity includes: a first support(100) for supporting the humeral region(1a) or the thigh; a second support(110) supporting the forearm(1b) or the lower leg, and pivotally installed on the first support; a motor(131) for pivoting the second support on the first support in both directions; a torque sensor(135) for measuring torque loaded by rigidity of the body when the upper or lower limbs are folded by driving of the motor in setting of an operation range of the second support; a power supply unit for supplying an operation power to the motor; and a control unit for controlling operation of the motor by an input signal of the torque sensor.
