Abstract: The present invention relates to a regional crop mapping system and a regional crop mapping method, capable of receiving optimal agricultural crop information in linkage with soil and climate characteristics on the basis of geography information. The regional crop mapping system according to the present invention comprises: a map database unit for storing map information for respective regions; a soil database unit for storing soil information for respective regions; a climate database unit for storing climate information for respective regions; a crop database unit for storing crop information; an inputting unit for receiving a regional condition with respect to a desired region for cultivation; and an index calculating unit for calculating a suitability grade representing cultivation suitability for each crop with respect to the desired region for cultivation based on the crop information and information corresponding to the regional condition among the map information for respective regions, the soil information for respective regions and the climate information for respective regions.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a system and a method for mapping a region by a crop, capable of receiving optimal plantation information in linkage with soil and climate characteristics on the basis of crop information. In particular, the present invention relates a system and a method for mapping a region by a crop, capable of receiving optimal plantation information for producing high-quality bulky feed based on crop information for bulky feed. The system for mapping a region by a crop according to the present invention comprises: a map database unit for storing map information for respective regions; a soil database unit for storing soil information for respective regions; a climate database unit for storing climate information for respective regions; a crop database unit for storing crop information; an inputting unit for receiving a crop condition with respect to a desired crop for cultivation; and an index calculating unit for calculating a suitability grade representing cultivation suitability for each region with respect to the desired crop for cultivation based on information corresponding to the crop condition among the crop information, the map information for respective regions, the soil information for respective regions and the climate information for respective regions.
