    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of establishing a riparian green zone around watershed is provided to decide a species composition and the density of planting appropriate for a growth environment, and directly establish an ecological plant assembled with multilayer planting. CONSTITUTION: A riparian green zone is established in the protected lowland placed around Keum river watershed. Four units of pine tree, one unit of elm tree, one unit of snowbell, three units of Sapium japonicum, two units of Lindera erythrocarpa makino, and two units of Carpinus laxiflora Blume are planted are planted per a hundred square meter of a planting area. Two units of pine tree, two units of Carpinus laxiflora Blume, one unit of snowbell, one unit of zelkova, one unit of snowbell, one unit of queritron, and one unit of Acer pseudosieboldianum are planted per a hundred square meter of the planting area. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a transgenic Miscanthus plant comprises: a step of placing a Miscanthus seed on a callus-inducing medium and inducing Miscanthus callus; a step of co-culturing the induced Miscanthus callus and Agrobacterium tumefaciens containing a foreign gene-inserted plant expression vector; a step of culturing the co-cultured plant cells in a selective medium containing antibiotics; a step of elongating the selected Miscanthus cells in an elongation medium; and a step of inducing rooting of the elongated cells in a medium for inducing rooting.
