Abstract:
본 발명은 폐렴균점막다당질 유형14 (CPS14)와 캐리어 단백질로서 식물성 전달단백질인 호스래디시 퍼옥시다제 (Horseradish Peroxidase)의 당단백중합체에 관한 것으로서, 상기 제조된 당단백중합체는 SIGN-R1 수용체와 결합하여 장시간 탐식세포들에게 탐식되지 않고 그 세포막에 고정되어 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이로써 CPS14C1은 CPS14에 대한 면역반응을 획득시킬 수 있는 효과를 나타내며, 따라서 이를 인체에 무해한 신물질로 개발할 수 있음을 확인하였다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A glycoprotein conjugate of Pneumococcus capsular polysaccharide type 14(CSP 14) and horseradich peroxidase is provided to ensure immune response to CPS 14, and to develop a novel material which is harmless to human body. CONSTITUTION: A glycoprotein conjugate is prepared by conjugating Pneumococcus capsular polysaccharide type 14(CSP 14) and horseradich peroxidase. CPS 14 is oxidized. Horseradich peroxidase is modified by 2-succinimidyl-3-(2-pyridyldithio)propionate(SPDP) and ditiothreitol(DTT). A method for preparing the glycoprotein conjugate comprises: a step of oxidizing CPS14; and a step of reacting horseradich peroxidase with SPDP and DTT and preparing C1-SPDP-DTT. Abstract:
The present invention relates to an adult stem cell including a photosensitizer and an agent to treat cancer cells. The stem cell is produced by a method including a step of treating a mesenchymal stem cell with tromethamine. A method in the new concept of treating cancer using the adult stem as a carrier for the photosensitizer applies an agent transferring and the agent capable of targeting cancer cells, and has the advantages of treating both using the adult stem cell and photodynamic therapy.
