    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for selectively isolating and concentrating nitrified protein is provided to detect the relation between nitrified protein and diseases and nitrification. CONSTITUTION: A method for selectively isolating and concentrating nitrified peptide comprises: a step of performing nitrification on the peptide of a protein; a step of acetylating the peptide and reducing acetylated nitrification peptide; a step of forming a Schiff base of reduced peptides to obtain bispyridylated peptide; and a step of selectively isolating bispyridylated peptide. The isolation is confirmed by mass spectrometry of a resultant. The bispyridylated peptide is isolated by magnetic particles. The magnetic particles are agarose magnetic particles containing Ni_2+-NT(Nitroloacetic acid). The N-terminal of the peptide is acetylated.
