Abstract: 본 발명은 텔레메디슨 장치 및 이를 이용한 내부 체온 추측기에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는, 환자의 피부 표면 온도, 습도, 외부 온도, 및 간호사가 측정한 체온을 이용하여 환자의 내부 체온을 예측할 수 있는 텔레메디슨 장치 및 이를 이용한 내부 체온 추측기에 관한 것이다.
상기와 같은 본 발명에 따른 텔레메디슨 장치는 측정된 체온, 피부 표면 온도, 습도, 및 보정된 내부 체온에 관한 정보가 입력되어 기 입력된 보간식에 의해 환자의 내부 체온을 연산 처리하는 중앙처리장치; 상기 중앙처리장치와 신호 연결되고, 환자의 피부 표면 온도를 측정하는 주 온도센서; 상기 중앙처리장치와 신호 연결되는 GSR회로부; 및 상기 측정된 체온, 피부 표면 온도, 습도, 및 상기 중앙처리장치에 의해 연산 처리된 환자의 내부 체온에 관한 정보를 외부로 신호 전송하는 RF송신부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A multipurpose electrode device for scalp is provided to reduce an operation sound and to increase the linearity of electric field. CONSTITUTION: A multipurpose electrode device for scalp comprises a semi-spherical cap(100), an electrode module(200) which comprises a plurality of modules consisting of multiple protruding electrodes and a drive unit which pressurizes scalp, and a central control unit which controls the electric signal of each electrode module and driving signal of the drive unit. The electrode module comprises a plate and multiple protruding electrodes.

Abstract: 본 발명은 다용도 두피용 전극장치에 관한 것으로, 반구형 캡; 다수의 돌기형 전극과, 상기 전극으로 두피를 가압하는 구동부로 구성된 모듈이 상기 반구형 캡 내부면에 서로 이격되어 다수 고정 설치된 전극 모듈; 및 상기 각 전극 모듈의 전기신호 및 상기 구동부의 구동신호를 제어하는 중앙제어부를 포함하여 구성된다.
이와 같은 본 발명은, 댐퍼 기능도 함께 수행되어 동작음을 상당부분 줄일 수 있고, 전극에서 발생되는 전기장의 선형성을 증가시킬 뿐만 아니라, 국소 집중시키는 특성을 가지며, 전극이 잘 움직이지 않게 고정함과 동시에 표면적을 증가시켜 접촉저항을 줄일 수 있는 다용도 두피용 전극장치를 제공할 수 있게 된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A telemedicine device and an internal body temperature estimator using the same are provided to measure the internal body temperature of the patient by estimating the temperature fall of a skin surface through a moisture sensor. CONSTITUTION: A central process unit(110) produces an internal body temperature of a patient using a body temperature, a skin surface temperature, and a skin surface moisture. A main temperature sensor(120) measures the skin surface temperature of the patient. A main moisture sensor(150) measures the skin surface moisture of the patient. An auxiliary temperature sensor(160) measures the atmosphere temperature. An auxiliary moisture sensor(170) measures the atmosphere moisture. An RF(Radio Frequency) transmitter(140) transmits information about the internal body temperature of the patient calculated by the central process unit to the outside.
