    Abstract: PURPOSE: A functional beverage for improving cognitive function of a user, and producing method thereof are provided use hot water extracts of angelica gigas and dried rehmannia glutinosa for reducing the bitter taste. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional beverage for improving cognitive function of a user comprises the following steps mixing 84-88wt% of water, 10-13wt% of fructo-oligosaccharide liquid, 1-4wt% of fructo-oligosaccharide powder, and 0.25-0.55wt% of flavor; and adding a medical herb hot water extract containing 50-70wt% of angelica gigas hot water extract, and 30-50wt% of dried rehmannia glutinosa hot water extract.
