Abstract: PURPOSE: A packing material is provided to form dry fruit without processes separately trimming the dry fruit. CONSTITUTION: An upper case(120) has an upper molding frame(125) which accommodates the upper part of a dry fruit(50) and molds the dry fruit by pressurizing the upper side of the dry fruit. A lower case(140) has a lower molding frame(145) which accommodates the lower part of the dry fruit. A first accommodation groove for accommodating the stalk portion of the dry fruit and a second accommodation for accommodating other portions are formed. The height of the first accommodation groove is lower than the height of the second accommodation groove.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable weight generator is provided to reduce the weight of exercise equipment when a user lifts the equipment up, and to apply the whole weight of the equipment when the user lifts the equipment down, thereby improving the exercise effect without an assistant such as a trainer. CONSTITUTION: A variable weight generator(10) comprises a main body(100), a crank unit(200), and a guide unit(400). The main body includes a handle frame(110) and a weight unit(120). The crank unit installed at one side of the main body varies the weight point(WP) of the weight unit so that the forces of a user during lifting the handle frame up and down can be different from each other. The guide unit guides the movement of the weight unit varied by the crank unit.
