Abstract: 본 발명은 농작물의 해충을 박멸함과 동시에, 친환경적이고, 인체에 무해한 천연 살충제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 서양측백나무로부터 추출한 추출물 또는 상기 추출물의 구성 화합물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 천연 살충제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 서양측백나무로부터 추출한 추출물인 정유 또는 상기 정유의 구성 성분의 살충 효능을 이용함으로써, 복숭아혹진딧물과 같은 해충을 효과적으로 박멸함과 동시에, 종래 화학 농약과는 달리 환경 친화적이고, 인체에 무해한 효과가 있다.

CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing tissues of Smilax china comprises: a step of culturing apical tissue of Smilax china in 1/2MS medium containing 3-5% of sucrose to prepare a differentiated culture body; a step of growing the culture body in a medium in 1/2MS medium containing 1500-1800 mg/L of NH_4NO_3 and 1800~2000 mg/L of KNO_3 to prepare a Smilax china plant body; and a step of inducing multiple shoots or rooting from the plant body.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A natural insecticide is provided to effectively eradiate harmful insects without harm to human body. CONSTITUTION: An insecticide composition contains essential oil extracted from Thuja occidentalis L. The insecticide composition further contains surfactant, nonyl phenol-10 mole-phosphate. A method for preparing the essential oil comprises: a step of collecting and pulverizing leaves of Thuja occidentalis L.; a step of mixing the pulverized leaves with 125g of distilled water and extracting for 3 hours; and a step of cooling for one hour.
