Abstract: 본발명은스트로우유리화동결(straw vitrification) 방법에관한것으로, 보다구체적으로, 스트로우의내벽에생식세포를붙이는부착성스트로우유리화동결(paste an embryo in the vitrification straw, pV)시키는, 생식세포의동결보존방법에관한것이다. 본발명의방법은로딩부피를감소시킴으로써동결속도를증가시킬뿐만아니라, 추가의실험공정없이융해후 수령체에유리화동결된배아를직접적으로이식시킬수 있어유용하다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a straw vitrification method, and more specifically, to a cryopreservation method of a germ cell which pastes an embryo in the vitrification straw (pV). A method of the present invention reduces loading volume thereby increasing freezing speed and directly transplanting the vitrification-frozen embryo to a receiving body after melting without an additional test process so that it is useful.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种秸秆玻璃化方法,更具体地说,涉及将玻璃化秸秆(pV)中的胚粘贴的生殖细胞的低温保存方法。 本发明的方法减少了装载体积,从而提高了冷冻速度,并且在熔化后直接将玻璃化冷冻的胚胎移植到接收体上,而没有额外的测试过程,使得它是有用的。
